Nathan Sylvia re-signs with San Diego Legion

Nathan Sylvia has signed an extension that will see him continue with the San Diego Legion for the 2020 Major League Rugby season and beyond. The 25-year-old prop has become a key component of the San Diego front row since arriving early in the 2018 season.

Previously seen as a tighthead specialist, Sylvia made the move across to the loosehead side in 2019 and played in 13 games, splitting time with Oti Pifeleti. The Cal Poly product follows Pifeleti in signing a new deal with the club, the sixth player to do so in the off-season.

Also re-signing in recent weeks are hooker Dean Muir, second or back row Keni Nasoqeqe, flanker Psalm Wooching, and midfielder Dylan Audsley. New signings include Saracens lock Dominic Day, Pau loose forward Steffon Armitage, and Fiji age-grade winger Tira Patterson.
