Former Pumas wonder kicker becomes Uruguayan Kicking Coach

Former Pumas wonder kicker Federico Todeschini has become the Uruguayan kicking coach. The 43-year-old began his new role today which is a two-month coaching role during Los Teros’ preparations for RWC 2019.

At the Uruguayan rugby national High Performance Center, the Estadio Charrúa in Montevideo the 1998-2008 Puma began his role of training a broad range of kicking ranging from that of the scrum-halves to the goal-kickers and the back-three.

Uruguay has looked to the RWC 2007 Puma to give them added weapons on attack, as well as solid decision making caught deep within their own territory.

Also joining the Uruguayan coaching regime this week was former Pumas second-rower and assistant coach Pablo Bouza. The RWC 2003 player joins the staff as a line-out coach.
