The second Major League Rugby Semi Final on Sunday took place at Starfire Stadium where the defending champion Seattle Seawolves played host to the Toronto Arrows. As the No2 and No3 seeds heading in, it was expected to be a game of fine margins and it proved to be the case.
Toronto traveled to Seattle without flanker John Moonlight and injured duo Lucas Rumball and Theo Sauder, but otherwise fielded a familiar lineup in the biggest game of their short history. Seattle boasted a high-profile roster including recent signings Samu Manoa, Jeff Hassler, and Jake Ilnicki.
