Zions Bank Stadium was the venue for Friday evening’s match between the Utah Warriors and the visiting Seattle Seawolves. It was an exciting match with fans treated to 80 minutes of end-to-end action.
Making his Seawolves debut earlier than expected was Canadian prop Djustice Sears-Duru, who entered the match in just the 7th minute as an injury replacement for Olive Kilifi. Seattle also gave a first start to giant midfielder Joey Iosefa.
Utah welcomed back Josh Whippy and the Eagles cap would make a significant impact in the second half. Also appearing for the Warriors were two Brazil internationals – Josh Reeves started at flyhalf with Arthur Bergo playing flanker in the final quarter.
