Played at the Stade Armand Ribier au Diamant Martinique, claimed a big win over Barbados on Saturday to begin the 2019 RAN Cup in style. Martinique were 43-19 winners in the opening fixture of what is the 2019 RAN second division.
Martinique’s win gets them off to the ideal start. It was the first of three fixtures in the 2019 RAN South Cup. Their second match will be next Saturday against Curaçao. The RAN South Cup will conclude on April 06 with Curaçao playing away against Barbados.
The North Cup will begin in April. It is to also involve three competitors – the British Virgin Islands, the Dominican Republic, and the Turks & Caicos Islands.
