MLR Full Match – Utah Warriors vs NOLA Gold

Two Major League Rugby matches kicked off simultaneously on Saturday, one of them at Zions Bank Stadium where the Utah Warriors played their home opener against the NOLA Gold. Conditions were far from ideal as the pitch was belted with snow that made for interesting watching.

Utah employed an identical side to the one that tied with Glendale a week earlier with only one change on the bench, which turned out to be irrelevant. New Orleans were absent four international forwards from the team that lost to New York and featured Moni Tonga’uiha for the first time this season.
