La Sabana is to host the 2019 Rainforest 7’s this weekend in Costa Rica. Taking place on Saturday and Sunday Parque Metropolitano de La Sabana, will stage an event with 10 teams including the national Mens’s and Women’s 7’s sides.
The tournament will kick-off at 9am. Twelve matches will be played at the national stadium with Costa Rica facing UCR in the opening match. Game two will see Cartago facing Wak in a club match at 9:20am.
The Women’s rugby will begin at 9:40am with Costa Rica facing Cartago. It will be followed by a juniors match between Costa Rica and Saint Claire.
Fixtures will continue until 12:40pm on Saturday. On Sunday the tournament will resume at 9am. It will conclude at 12pm with the Men’s Final.
