Imhoff scores as Racing clinch home Quarter Final

Racing 92 clinched a home Quarter Final in the Champions Cup as they defeated Scarlets 46-33 in Paris on Saturday. The win put them level with Ulster on five wins in Pool 4 but four extra bonus points made them top seeds in the pool. Only Saracens in Pool 3 scored more competitions points in the pool stage.

It wasn’t smooth sailing for the French side. Juan Imhoff scored an early try but the Scarlets held an 8-point lead until the 47th minute. Racing would score four tries to put the game to bed in the final quarter. They will know their Quarter Final opponent after tomorrow’s Pool 1 results that will determine seeding.
