English Premiership – Week 12 Preview

The first weekend of 2019 sees week 12 of the English Premiership taking place. Involved are to be players from Argentina, and the USA. The round is officially the start of the second half of the season.

The opening fixture will be played in Northern England. The one Friday fixture sees the Sale Sharks playing host to title favorites, Saracens. Named on the bench for the visitors are veteran Argentine back Marcelo Bosch and USA Eagles prop Titi Lamositele.

On Saturday the Exeter Chiefs are looking to bounce back following their loss against Northampton. They are to be playing on home soil against fellow West Country club the Bristol Bears. Starting on the right wing for the Chiefs will be Santiago Cordero.

Two additional Saturday matches are to feature Americas’ players. The Newcastle Falcons host the Harlequins with Argentina’s Santiago Socino named as the Falcons’ replacement hooker.

In Worcester USA Eagle Joe Taufete’e will be the replacement hooker for the Warriors. Worcester are up against Bath who have Pumas Loose Head Lucas Noguera Paz back in their line-up for the first time since September.
