Sánchez and Stade Français win again

With 11 points from Nicolás Sánchez Stade Français won again this weekend. The Parisians were 23-20 winners against Grenoble and required a comeback to get the job done.

A strong start from Grenoble saw them scoring 17 points in the opening quarter. Stade Français eventually caught up to them through two tries and Sánchez’ goal-kicking. The former Jaguar would land three penalties and a conversion in the match.

Stade Français’ victory sees the club ending 2018 in 7th position. Grenoble are in 11th at what is the midway point of the regular season. Both clubs next play on January 05. State Français remain in Paris to face Perpignan while Grenoble host reigning champions, Castres.
