Pro 14 – Week 12 Preview

The final round of the Celtic-Italian-South African league will be played over the coming weekend. It is to be a special derby round will all fixtures being between two teams from the same union. The following preview documents the involvement of Americas’ players.

In Saturday’s first fixture Italian sides Benetton Treviso and Zebre will battle it out. Named to start for the home side is Juan Ignacio Brex who will play outside center. Fellow former Argentina XV player Tomás Baravalle will feature from the bench as will Eduardo Bello as Zebre’s starting tight head prop.

In Scotland the Glasgow Warriors host Edinburgh. They are to do so with Tennessee Scottish international Tommy Seymour starting. On the bench will be Canadian international DTH van der Merwe in the 23 shirt. Wearing 23 for Edinburgh will be former Puma Juan Pablo Socino.

In West Wales the Scarlets play host to the Cardiff Blues. Names to start on the right wing for the visitors will be Blaine Scully. The USA captain will make his 51st appearance for the Welsh capital region.
