Draw and schedule confirmed for Cape Town Sevens

Argentina and the USA will collide in Pool B of the Cape Town Sevens this coming weekend. The two Americas teams will collide in their final match of the opening day on Saturday. The Eagles are the top seeds after their historic silver finish in Dubai, with Spain and Japan rounding out the pool.

Canada finished in 11th spot last weekend and have received a relatively favorable draw in Pool D. Australia are the top seeds with Scotland and Wales also included. The Scots will face Canada in the tournament opener at 3:15am Eastern on Saturday.

Dubai champions New Zealand head up a very competitive Pool A with defending series champions South Africa also present. Challenge Trophy winners Samoa are the third team with invitational side Zimbabwe the only non-core team in the tournament.

Pool C sees England facing off against Olympic champions Fiji as well as France and Kenya.
