Match officials set for November tests

Nigel Owens will take the field in Chicago on November 3. The world’s most prominent rugby referee takes charge of Ireland’s match against Italy at Soldier Field, with former Harlequins scrumhalf Karl Dickson tabbed to run the rule over the USA’s match against the New Zealand Māori. One of the world’s top female officials will be in the middle for the Women’s Eagles vs Black Ferns tests with South Africa’s Aimee Barrett-Theron handed the honor.

Other notable appointments include Argentina’s top two Federico Anselmi and Pali Deluca awarded Māori matches in Brazil and Chile respectively. Promising RFU whistle-blower Tom Foley is given center stage for Uruguay’s clash with Fiji at Hartpury, and Ireland’s John Lacey will facilitate Argentina’s friendly against the Barbarians at Twickenham.
