Augspurger, Dolan Reflect on Eagles in 2018

In a recent World Rugby video USA Eagles senior players Nate Augspurger, and Cam Dolan reflected on the Eagles in 2018. The duo have been heavily involved in the rise of the national men’s team in the years following RWC 2019.

Coming off a winless campaign in England the Eagles have gone on to win two Americas Rugby Championship (ARC) titles. In addition the USA has established itself as the leading country in North America with a home win over Scotland and an unbeaten record against Canada since 2014.

Both players were involved in the inaugural season of Major League Rugby (MLR) for the San Diego Legion. With another season to go before RWC 2019 the Eagles are set to be the best prepared USA side in RWC history.

The USA face Argentina, England, France, and Tonga at RWC 2019 in Japan. Both Augspurger, and Dolan are well placed to play in the tournament. Places for both in the match day 23 is expected.
