Summer Cup Highlights – Georgia XV vs Brazil

The inaugural Summer Cup is over. The four-team tournament saw the Argentina XV and Brazil traveling from South America to Tbilisi to face both the Georgia XV and Racing 92

Brazil had the opportunity of playing two sides of a higher level than the common opposition that exists within South America. Os Tupis were not expected to produce a victory but they managed to do so, coming away with a heroic victory over the home side.

The 20-18 win adds to the impressive list of scalps claimed by Brazil. In recent years Os Tupis have defeated all of the Argentina XV, Belgium, Colombia, Canada, Chile, Paraguay, Portugal, and the USA.
