Boffelli, Ezcurra, Delguy, and Kremer Remain Jaguares Until 2021

Four players – Emiliano Boffelli, Bautista Ezcurra, Bautista Delguy, and Marcos Kremer have signed to remain Jaguares until 2021. The four men were heavily involved for Mario Ledesma’s Jaguares in the 2018 Super Rugby campaign.

The signatures of the four players until the end of 2021 means the pick of the newcomers in the post-2015 era are remaining at home. It is a move which is anticipated to see others following.

The contracts were very much an investment for today and tomorrow. Emiliano Boffelli (23), Bautista Delguy (21), Bautista Ezcurra (23), and Marcos Kremer (21) are all well-placed to feature not only in the upcoming Rugby Championship but also in RWC 2019.

All four are certain to be announced on the player roster for the Rugby Championship. New Argentina Head Coach, Mario Ledesma is currently finalizing his first Pumas squad. Jaguares players are to be joined by players based in Europe, though initially this is expected to be limited exclusively to props.

All four of Boffelli, Ezcurra, Delguy, and Kremer played U20’s for Argentina. Of them Ezcurra (10) played the least number of Super Rugby matches this year. He and Delguy (15), Kremer (16), and Boffelli (16) were all favored ahead of Daniel Hourcade regulars.
