Brazil name roster for Georgia

The player roster of Brazil has been named for the upcoming two-match tour of Georgia. Os Tupis will play matches against the Georgia XV and Racing 92 in Tbilisi as part of the ‘Rugby Summer Cup.’ Game one of the tour will be against the Top 14 clubs on July 28 while the second will fall on August 03 with Brazil facing the national ‘A’ side from Georgia.

In addition to Racing 92 and the Georgia XV and the Argentina XV will also compete, however there will not be a match between the two South American sides. The 2018 Rugby Summer Cup will be played at Mikheil Meskhi Stadium in Tbilisi.

Included in the 26-man roster is one uncapped player in national u20 hooker Daniel Muller. Otherwise the squad is drawn largely from the group that won the Sudamericano 6 Naciones earlier this year, with the addition of France-based second row Luiz ‘Monstro’ Vieira.
