Colombia Ready for 2018 Central American and Caribbean Games

Colombia is ready for the 2018 Central American and Caribbean (CAC) Games. The host nation of the 2018 CAC Games will field Men’s and Women’s teams in the Rugby Sevens tournaments.

The 2018 CAC Games will take place in Colombia’s fourth largest city, Barranquilla. The selected players are to have a pre-games camp in Medellín from July 24-29.

Rugby will be played on August 01 and 02 at the CAC Games. The Men’s competition will have eight competing countries while the women’s will have six. They are to have pool matches followed by knock-out round play-off’s.

Competing in the Women’s competition will be Colombia, French Guyana, Guatemala, Jamaica, Mexico, and Venezuela.

The Men’s competition will include Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Guyana, Jamaica, Mexico, Trinidad & Tobago, and Venezuela.
