Match Highlights – Sharks vs Jaguares

The regular season of Super Rugby has concluded for 2018. In the final round the Sharks played host to Los Jaguares, the second  match between the two sides this year.

Los Jaguares went into the match with their fate in the final eight already determined. Los Jaguares will play against the Lions in Johannesburg next weekend. The Sharks will also play in the Quarter Finals, facing title favorites the Crusaders in Christchurch.

Mario Ledesma’s side that took-on the Sharks today was vastly changes from the prior round. The decision now enables a fresh roster to prepare for their Quarter Final.

Ledesma made ten changes for the Sharks, including debut starts for props Javier Díaz and Santiago Medrano. First starts for 2018 were also handed to Juan Manuel Leguizamón and Joaquín Díaz Bonilla while Ramiro Moyano had his first start at fullback.
