Ardron locked in for Chiefs against Brumbies

Tyler Ardron will make his 9th start of the Super Rugby season for the Chiefs when they host the Brumbies in Hamilton on Saturday. The Canadian has had a strong debut season in the top tier competition, earning a regular spot in the side with all but one start coming in the second row.

With New Zealand star Brodie Retallick still sidelined with a shoulder injury, Ardron will lock down beside Michael Allardice for a second straight match.

The team shows just two changes from the one that beat the Highlanders. Nathan Harris replaces Liam Polwart at hooker, while All Blacks midfielder Anton Lienert-Brown is rested with Sean Wainui coming in at outside center and Shaun Stevenson starting on the left wing.

Kickoff is set for 5:15pm local time, 1:15am Eastern, 10:15pm Friday Pacific.

Canadian fans can watch live on TSN Go.
