Argentina’s U20’s played their best match of the 2018 Junior World Championship on Tuesday. In their 5th Place Semi Final against Wales, Los Pumitas completed a 39-15 victory.
The match saw Wales starting with a superb try and they would add a second on the stroke of halftime. Otherwise this was a game in which the South Americans were in charge.
Not only did Argentina’s U20’s score more tries than did Wales but they also dominated scrums and defended brilliantly. Wales had the bulk of possession but Los Pumitas would win by an impressive 24 point margin.
