Durutalo leaves Worcester for Ealing

Andrew Durutalo is headed back whence he came. The USA international will depart Worcester Warriors at the end of the Premiership season to re-join Ealing Trailfinders in the RFU Championship next season. Specific terms have not been revealed but it is believed to be a two-year contract.

An Eagles veteran of both the 7s and 15-a-side games, Durutalo joined signed for Ealing ahead of the 2017-18 domestic season but played only six games before being snapped up by the Warriors. At Worcester he was little-used, playing only a handful of first team games and making one Premiership appearance as a replacement.

Ealing had their best ever season in 2017-18. They will finish in second spot in the Championship, beaten only by Bristol on the overall table. The Trailfinders have added a number of Premiership and Guinness Pro Championship veterans to their roster for next season as they look to make a move for promotion ahead of a proposed ring-fencing move that could see the Premiership expanded.
