MacGinty Stars in Crucial Sale Sharks Victory

USA Eagles fly half AJ MacGinty was impressive for the Sale Sharks on Friday. The northern English side hosted and defeated the Wasps in what was a crucial victory. The result sees the team remaining in the hunt for a place in the play-off’s.

MacGinty did not have his finest performance from the kicking-tee. He landed two penalties and one conversion for the match. He did, however, contribute to two of Sale’s four tries. Of the two the second was by Caribbean flier Marland Yarde.

The 17-time capped MacGinty has impressed for both the Sale Sharks and Connacht during his professional career. He is to be an important player for the USA in the upcoming June Internationals.
