Brazil All Set for Hong Kong

Brazil’s women’s sevens side is all set for Hong Kong. The Yaras are to play at the biggest annual Rugby Sevens event on the planet. The 2018 edition will be played from April 6 to 8.

Head Coach Reuben Samuel has named 13 players in a strong roster that containts eight players who competed at the 2016 Olympic Games. Beatriz ‘Futuro’ Mühlbauer and Raqual Kochhann are prominent names as are playmaker duo Isadora Cerullo and talisman Paul Ishibashi.

The Yaras will play in Pool B in Hong Kong. Brazil’s group also contains China, Hong Kong, and Kazakhstan. Additional competitors from the Americas include Argentina and Mexico. Argentina are pooled with Belgium, Poland, and Wales while Mexico face Kenya, Papua New Guinea, and South Africa.
