Los Jaguares won for the second time in 2018 this evening, downing the Lions in Buenos Aires. The match was won by six tries to five and saw doubles from Emiliano Boffelli and Javier Ortega Desio.
Captain Pablo Matera led by example. He contributed to the opening score of the game. His first minute line-break would result in Bautista Delguy scoring beside the posts.
Matera had solid support from his fellow loose forwards. Not only did Ortega Desio cross for two tries but Marcos Kremer put in a ferocious defensive performance. Nahuel Tetaz Chaparro was another notable forward while Gonzalo Bertranou continued his rise at scrum-half.
