Baravalle Scores in Losing Effort against Cardiff Blues

Puma Tomás Baravalle scored in a losing effort against the Cardiff Blues on Friday evening. Playing for Benetton Treviso the Argentine hooker went over for a late try as the Italian side fell to a 31-25 defeat against the Welsh region.

The Cardiff Blues outscored Benetton Treviso by four tries to three in the match. Despite losing the Italians nonetheless performed notably well for a side missing so many players to Six Nations duty. In prior years a heavier loss would have been the norm.

Earlier this week Baravalle extended his contract with Benetton Treviso. It sees him remaining in the Guinness Pro 14 Championship until 2020.
