Uruguay name roster for Las Vegas and Vancouver 7s

Uruguay has named a 12-man roster for the Las Vegas and Vancouver 7’s. Los Teros 7’s will compete in the upcoming legs of the World Sevens Circuit in the two North American cities.

Of the two tournaments the first is to be that of Las Vegas. Pools for the USA Sevens have been confirmed with Uruguay joining New Zealand, Scotland and Argentina in Pool D.

The highly challenging Pool D will see Uruguay start on Friday March 02 against New Zealand. Later that day Los Teros 7’s will face Scotland. Their pool match against neighboring Argentina will be on Saturday March 03.

Uruguay earned the right to compete in the Las Vegas 7’s and Vancouver 7’s tournaments by virtue of winning the South American Sevens circuit earlier this year.

The 2018 Las Vegas 7’s are to take place at Sam Boyd Stadium. The three day event will have matches played on March 02-04.
