Sábato, Pinkelman Named in Sydney Dream Team

Following the completion of the 2018 Sydney 7’s World Rugby has confirmed the competition’s Dream Team. Of the seven players selected two are from the Americas.

Franco Sábato of Argentina and Ben Pinkelman of the USA were named in the Sydney Dream Team. Sábato scored six tries in the tournament. Pinkelman has scored six tries in total this season. His career stats stand at 25 tries from 90 appearances in total.

The Sydney Sevens were the third round of the 2017-2018 global sevens circuit. The prior rounds this season were the Dubai Sevens and the Cape Town Sevens. Next weekend sees the fourth installment with Hamilton, New Zealand, hosting the event for the first time.
