All Set for Argentine Provincial Championship

All is set for the 2017 Argentine Provincial Championship. This year’s edition of the Campeonato Argentino begins this coming Saturday, November 04. Competing are Argentina’s provinces – sides made up of the leading players from within their boundaries. Also back this year is Uruguay.

The competition is divided into tiers. The top division or the Championship Zone is headed by reigning champions, Buenos Aires. They will play against fellow powerhouses, Tucumán at Newman club on Saturday.

All but one of the matches in the opening round are to be played on Saturday. The exception is Sanjuanina vs Oeste which will take place on Sunday.
