Socino Scores as Newcastle Hammer Worcester

Juan Pablo Socino scored in Newcastle’s impressive win over Worcester on Friday. The team’s met in a first round fixture in the 2017-2018 Aviva Premiership season. The Newcastle Falcons were the superior side, running-out 35-8 winners.

Former Pumas center, Socino, scored his try as a replacement. His appearance from the bench meant that the Falcons had two Pumas involved in the win. Belisario Agulla started the match on the left wing.

Socino’s score sealed the bonus point for the Falcons. The team can now prepare for their round two fixture from a solid position in the standings. In round two Newcastle play away to the Sale Sharks in what is to be battle for the northern honors. Worcester will host the Wasps.
