Agustín Schab Returns to Spain

Agustín Schab has returned to play in Spain. The Argentine back-rower has reported Buenos Aires’ Hindú Club to rejoin Independiente for the upcoming Spanish championship.

Independiente play in Spain’s National league, the División de Honor. Since 1971 the club has been the leading force from Cantabria.

With 45 years of existence, Independiente has become an important part of Spanish rugby. The club reached the finals of the Copa del Rey and Supercopa de España in 2014.

Schab’s return to the club follows his involvement in the 2015-16 campaign.

A flanker or No 8, Schab is still a young player. The 26-year-old arrives back in Spain having won the URBA title with Hindú last year.
