A 26-man Argentina XV training roster has been named for the World Rugby Nations Cup. The Argentine ‘A’ side will play matches against Russia, Spain and Emerging Italy.
Prior to the Nations Cup, the Argentina XV will play a Sudamérica Rugby Cup match away to Chile. The roster for that fixture is similar to that for the Nations Cup. Included are more Jaguares players who are in need of game time before the June Internationals.
With Los Pumas having a demanding 12-test year, the Nations Cup is ideal for fringe players. Should there be injuries then the Argentina XV will be the pool in which Daniel Hourcade looks to for test duty.
The Argentina XV will travel to Montevideo on Wednesday June 07.
