Fauilefau, Baker named to London Dream Team

Canadian forward Mike Fuailefau and USA winger Perry Baker have been named to the official HSBC Dream Team for the London 7s. It’s the first ever such selection for Fuailefau, who is rewarded for his physical play while helping Canada finish in 3rd place during the tournament. Baker led the try-scoring charts for the fourth time in five tournaments, scoring eight tries in all and setting up more with his mesmerising speed and agility.

Retiring Scotsman Mark Robertson and rising star Simon Kennewell of Australia join Fuailefau in the forwards. England playmaker Ollie Lindsay-Hague, sadly carted off with concussion in the final, is joined by outstanding winger Dan Norton in the backs. Scottish flyhalf Scott Wright, joining Robertson in retirement, rounded out the selection for the final stop of the 2016-17 HSBC Sevens Series.
