Americas Weekend Guide: Aviva Premiership Semi Finals

Four will become two in English rugby on Saturday. The Aviva Premiership Semi Finals will take place in Coventry and Exeter respectively. The Wasps and Chiefs have home advantage but any of the four teams playing could reach the final.

Involved from the Americas this weekend are to be players from Argentina and the USA. Former Puma Marcelo Bosch continues to firmly hold down the Saracens’ outside center position. He is also to be joined again by Chris Wyles in the run-on team.

Both Bosch and Wyles are backing-up from winning the Champions Cup last weekend. For both players it marked double European Gold. Having defeated Racing 92 in the 2016 Final in Lyon, France they backed-up to defeat Clermont in the 2017 Final in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Also involved in the 2016 final was Juan Figallo while Titi Lamositele featured in the 2017 final. Both were replacement props. For this weekend’s assignment Lamositele has been named on the bench. Figallo continues to recovery from a knee injury and may be fit ofr the Premiership Final should Saracens quality.

The winner of the Exeter Chiefs vs Saracens Semi Final will play either the Wasps or Leicester Tigers. It will be played on Saturday May 27 at London’s Twickenham Stadium.
