Gonzalo Quesada has coached Stade Français into the Challenge Cup Final. The French Top 14 club defeated Bath 28-25 this afternoon in Paris. The result sets up a Challenge Cup Final against Gloucester on Friday May 12 in Edinburgh, Scotland.

The opportunity is now for the former Puma to make it a French-European double. Quesada coached Stade Français to Top 14 glory in 2015. Earlier this season he announced his departure at the end of the season. His future remains undetermined.

Involved in the win today was Sergio Parisse. The Argentine-Italian also led the club to the Top 14 title in 2015.
