Jaguares Wait on Alemanno Injury

Los Jaguares have been forced to wait on Matías Alemanno’s injury. The Argentine second-rower injured his shoulder while making a try-saving tackle against the Sharks on Saturday. The incident occurred at the end of the opening half and now leaves the team with just two fit specialist locks.

Next up for Los Jaguares is the three-time Super Rugby champions, the Bulls. The fixture will be played in Pretoria on Saturday. Head Coach Rául Pérez is waiting to see a medical decision before knowing the availability of Alemanno.

Against the Sharks Alemanno joined teenager Marcos Kremer as the starting second-row combination. Guido Petti entered as a replacement for Alemmano. Petti is all but certain to start against the Bulls. He trained normal today while Alemanno did not.
