Deluca To Referee at Junior World Championship

Pablo Deluca is to referee at this year’s World Rugby Junior World Championship. The Argentine official is one of eight referees appointed to the premier u20 competition.

Deluca is to join Mike Adamson (Scotland), Nic Berry (Australia), Pierre Brousset (France), Tom Foley (England), Dan Jones (Wales), Frank Murphy (Ireland), Jamie Nutbrown (New Zealand) and Jaco van Heerden (South Africa).

The appointment is a dream come true for the Deluca family. In Rugby World Cups 1999 and 2003 Pablo Deluca Sr. was involved as a referee.

The 2017 World Rugby Junior World Championship will be played in Georgia. The competition will take place from May 31 to June 18.
