Sánchez Suspended For One Week

Nicolás Sánchez has been suspended for one week. A SANZAAR Judicial Committee Hearing determined that the Jaguares no 10 contravened Law 10.4(g) dangerous charging, after he was cited during the match in Buenos Aires.

Sanchez has been suspended up to and including Saturday 18 March 2017. As such he will not be able to play in this coming weekend’s match. Los Jaguares have home advantage against the Cheetahs on Saturday.

With Sánchez out Juan Martín Hernández is the front-runner to start at fly half. Both Santiago González Iglesias and Joaquín Díaz Bonilla are additional possibilities. Díaz Bonilla started the round one match against the Southern Kings.
