Patricio Albacete will make his first appearance of the season for Toulouse when he lines up in the second row against Brive on Saturday. The former Pumas star has been absent since rupturing knee ligaments last May. Albacete is one of eight Argentine players tabbed to take the field across five different teams.
Lyon host Stade Français with Francisco Gómez Kodela and Facundo Isa both in the starting lineup at tighthead prop and flanker respectively. Racing 92 have Manuel Carizza at lock and Juan Imhoff on the wing to face La Rochelle, who will have Leandro Cedaro in their second row.
Toulon welcome Bayonne to Stade Félix Mayol with three Americas players in their match day squad. Juan Martín Fernández Lobbe gets a rare start at No 8, Axel Müller is on the right wing, and US Eagles powerhouse Samu Manoa is among the reserves.
Sunday’s action sees Pau take on Castres and Clermont host Montpellier. Lineups have not yet been announced. Rodrigo Capó Ortega and Benjamín Urdapilleta could feature for Castres.
