Brazil change six for Argentina XV

Brazilian coach Rodolfo Ambrosio has made six changes to his side for a second successive game in a bid to revamp his forwards pack ahead of the formidable challenge represented by tournament favorites Argentina. Brazil were beaten by Uruguay in the previous round of the Americas Rugby Championship but were competitive throughout, with the set piece proving a major obstacle against the physically larger Uruguayan forwards.

First choice hooker Yan Rosetti has recovered from the minor knock that kept him out of the Uruguay match to take his spot in the starting front row. At tighthead prop one big man replaces another as Caíque Silva steps in for his first start of the ARC. Also getting the nod is Gabriel Paganini, whose lineout game is preferred to the shorter Lucas Piero.

Recalled on the flanks are Desterro duo João Luiz da Ros and André Arruda, replacing the injured Cléber Dias and benched Matheus Daniel. The only other change an exchange of jerseys with Ariel Rodrigues handed his first start for the Tupis and Robert Tenório switching to a reserve role.
