Argentina XV bolster squad for Uruguay match

Pumitas star Lautaro Bazán has been summoned from HSBC Sevens Series duty to bolster the Argentina XV squad ahead of Saturday’s match against Uruguay at Bahía Blanca. The quicksilver scrumhalf replaces Juan Manuel Lescano in the group that also sees five other changes to the squad that defeated Canada in the Langford snow.

Added to the front row are hooker Axel Zapata and props Francisco Ferronato and Alejo Brem. Jaguares second row Ignacio Larrague joins the group having been left out of the original training squad, while Mariano Romanini is included in the back row. Dropping out are Cristian Bartoloni, Franco Brarda, Gaspar Baldunciel, Juan Cruz Guillemaín, and Franciso Gorrissen.
