Contepomi Names 26-man Roster to Face Canada

A 26-man Argentina XV roster has been named by Felipe Contepomi to face Canada. The inaugural winners of the Americas Rugby Championship will open their campaign in an away match on Saturday February 05 in Langford, BC.

The former Pumas captain is joined by Rugby World Cup 1999, 2003 and 2007 teammate Ignacio Fernández Lobbe in the coaching staff. Diego Ternavasio is also involved, with the three of them determining the roster.

Earlier today the team played for the first time this year, taking on Los Jaguares in a warm-up fixture. The team will depart Buenos Aires for Canada on Monday.
