Uruguay Qualify for Hong Kong 7’s

Uruguay sealed their place in the Hong Kong 7’s event. Claiming the Bowl title at the Viña del Mar 7’s sees Los Teros 7’s joining Chile in qualifying for the tournament.

Uruguay won two and lost one on both days in Chile. A narrow win over the USA Falcons opened their tournament. It was followed by a loss against Argentina and a win over Brazil. On day two Los Teros 7’s fell to the Canada Mapls Leafs before downing both Brazil and Colombia.
