Video: Scully scores for Cardiff Blues in Scotland

USA Eagles flier Blaine Scully scored for the Cardiff Blues in Scotland on the weekend. The Californian crossed for a first half try to score the opening points of the match for the Welsh region.

Scully latched on to a poor kick from Finn Russell to score on the stroke of half time. En route to the try line he ran past two Glasgow defenders.

The Glasgow Warriors won their home match 29-15. In doing so they continued their impressive form. The Scottish side is on track to appear in the play-off’s of both the Guinness Pro 12 and the European Champions Cup.

After 13 rounds of the season the Glasgow Warriors are in 4th position. The loss for the Cardiff Blues sees the gap increasing between themselves and the play-off’s. The Welsh capital city region remains in 7th position.
