Marcelo Bosch scored a first half try for Saracens on Saturday. The London-based club wan out 21-6 winners against the Newcastle Falcons. Bosch’s try was one of two for the home side. The visitors from Northern England failed to score a try.
The Argentine mid-fielder crossed in the 20th minute. He did so from a rehearsed lineout move. The 32-year-old’s try was his second of the English premiership season. His previous try was against the Sale Sharks in November.
The away victory sees Saracens remaining on top of the Aviva Premiership. The club, though, is now even with the Wasps on 42 competition points. The two clubs have been the outstanding performers of the 2016-2017 season. In all likelihood they will square-off in this season’s Aviva Premiership Final.
