Brazil To Continue Playing in Green

Brazil is to continue playing in green, the CBRu has confirmed. The decision sees green confirmed as the official alternate strip for Brazilian representative teams. Yellow will continue to be the first color of the primary strip.

The decision sees blue continue to not be used for rugby. In both soccer and volleyball blue is the color of the official alternate strip.

The CBRu’s vote proved to be highly competitive. The final vote count saw green defeating blue by 1082 to 1003 votes. The 2017 shirts are to be released shortly.
