PRO Rugby joins Santa Barbara ID Camp

While details on the second season of PRO Rugby are still choppy, the American professional league is partnering with the Santa Barbara Rugby Academy to host an ID Camp on Saturday, December 17. Coaches involved in the camp include Richie Walker of the Women’s Eagles 7s program, speed specialist Les Spellman, Olympic 7s captain Kelly Griffin, and PRO Rugby representatives Paul Keller of the San Francisco Rush and Sacramento Express assistant Kevin Battle.

The camp will double as a selection tool for both USA Rugby representative sides and PRO Rugby franchises and is open to both men and women aged 17 and above. The combine takes place at Elings Park in Santa Barbara and registration remains open. The fee is $79 USD. All those interested can register using this online application form.
