Las Águilas have won the inaugural Seven de La República Feminino. The Buenos Aires women’s provincial side ran out 19-0 winners over Córdoba in the final.
Buenos Aires’ title was convincing. Not only did Las Águilas prove to be too strong in the final but they were also impressive throughout the competition. With wins over more than 20 points they set others a benchmark for future competitions.
Buenos Aires reached the final after defeating Misiones and Tucumán provinces. This set up a final against Córdoda, a side which was also yet to be defeated.
