Chilean Women’s 7’s Roster for Valentín Martínez

The Chilean Women’s 7’s Roster for Valentín Martínez has been named. The Chileans will play in the traditional tournament this coming weekend in Montevideo. As in prior years the tournament will involve leading women’s sides from the continent.

The Chileans will compete in a challenging pool. Their opponents include Argentina ‘2’, Brazil and Argentine provincial side Entre Rios. The other pool will consist of Argentina ‘1’, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay.

Head Coach Cristián Isla has named a 12-women roster. Three players – Nicole Ogalde, Nataly Badilla and Natassia Quezada are from Old Red, the current national women’s champions. The club is from Arica, a city on the northern border with Peru.

Carolina Alfaro of Santiago club Stade Français will captain the side.
