Jeff Hassler scored his second try in as many matches for the Ospreys. The Canadian winger scored one of nine tries for the Welsh region who had no problem in completing a big win over Benetton Treviso.
Hassler’s try was the Ospreys’ third. It came in the 35th minute as he combined with fly half Sam Davies. The planned move saw Davies pass on his inside to the Canadian who ran straight through a gap before speeding home past fullback Luke McLean to score untouched.
The comprehensive win sees the Ospreys sitting in top spot of the Guinness Pro 12. The Italian city-side, in contrast, is occupying bottom spot. With three bonus point wins in as many matches the Ospreys have had the perfect start to the season.
